Fitness Schedule

Here's an example of the typical daily schedule for participants in the fitness program. We will challenge you to achieve your weight loss goals. Get psyched! NOTE:  Schedules do change from time to time, with a long hike (three hours or more) taken in one of the many surrounding Hill County parks, or on the famous San Antonio Missions Trail in the city.  During the week, we also include classes in  nutrition, and we will host cooking demonstrations with tips to help you cook and eat healthy when you return home.  You will be taking back with you a complete lifestyle change!

TIME ACTIVITY
7:00am Two Mile walk (pick-up the newspaper at the end of the ranch road)
8:00am Breakfast
8:30am Weight Training Session
10:00am Hike in the Hill Country State Natural Area (bring snack)
Noon Lunch
1:00pm Water Aerobics
3:00pm Snack
3:30pm Cardio or gym circuit training; obstacle course, or work out on your own
5:00pm Abs, thighs, and rear end classes in the gym
6:00pm Dinner
7:00pm Meditation, yoga, or stretching; sometimes cooking and nutrition classes
8:00pm Campfire, stargazing, bedtime, your time!
